@JamesFallows As @drvolts noted โ The policy gulf between Harris and Trump is so unfathomably wide that the details of a Harris platform can't matter to voter decisions. Especially undecideds, who are so naive that when shown R policies, they dont believe them because of how bad they are
@WernerderChamp @Turbotron2000 @d_feldman@SolarInMASS Ok. I am all for electrifying everything including fire trucks. And I bet the cleaner vehicles are better for lots of reasons. But I am doubtful about the fuel savings justification
@Turbotron2000 @d_feldman@SolarInMASS So โฆ about 2.3 mpg for us Americans. If diesel is $4/gallon. $25k / $4/g = 6250 gallons. So they drive about 15,000 miles. That is way too many miles.

Fellow Democrats,
The next few weeks will be messy.
But letโs follow President Bidenโs lead and prioritize the good of our country. Letโs have a positive contest to pick a new ticket and then unite behind them.
Everything depends on it.
@ClaireWayner HOAs are inevetable if you want to have any kind of shared community resources. Want townhouses with shared walls and roofs? Or a community clubhouse or pool? Even shared EV chargers. You need a system to pay for those things and manage them. You need an HOA.
