Sacramento, Sept. 30. Jasmine Gill, 30, a young mom with an 8-month-old son, vanishes.

Her husband, Gurinder Gill, says ICE agents grabbed her while she was checking the mail.

ICE confirmed there was no enforcement activity at the home.

On Oct. 1, burned remains were found in El Dorado County. They were identified as Jasmine's.

The couple was in the middle of a divorce and custody fight over their baby.

Gurinder Gill was arrested Oct. 14 and charged with her murder.

Held without bail.

The layering issue was genuinely the worst part of the Beta for me.
There was a 60 to 70 percent chance that when I was teaming up with friends, that damn little orb was besides their name, and someone in the froup had to log out and back in.

I understand you are trying to create a more seamless experience, but what is more jarring?
Logging into diffferent servers, or having people you were walking next to dissappear all of a sudden?

Bioware closure.

I’ve said before. It’s okay for a game company to go away. It’s happened to me several times. Companies mean nothing. It’s the people who matter, and a company closing doesn’t kill them. If they were awesome they will have a great resume and find a new, better job. If they sucked they can still find a good job - with luck not in the game industry.

We’ll always have Mass Effect and Baldur’s Gate anyway. And the people who built them will make something new and wonderful.
