@SimoneGoodnessC Spot on Simone. Local charities, large + small, scrabbling to meet increasing need. Staff on stop/start contracts, volunteers ditto. People find something that meets their needs...then it's gone. Very little time or money for development. Goodwill keeps everything going. Quality?
