Small number of programs in ENT. Less variance of scores for applicants (top scores will always have an easier time obtaining interviews). And only 1 type of signaling not two tiers of signaling like OB is proposing.

Will be nice for programs but students will have to really plan for the three ‘gold’ (lots of strategy) and the 15 silver creates an unofficial application cap. Will harm DO students who do not know which programs are accepting.
