@Singtel_Fizz Thanks for the reply Fizz. Previosly the calls were made by the landlord ( Singtel account holder). Let me get the Letter of Authorisation first and go to the nearby Singtel to check with the staff. Thanks for the help

Home Broadband was suspended but after full settlement on last Tuesday..it is still not reconnect. Called customer service many times but not helpful. What is the standard procedure for reconnection?
