@anandmahindra deeply disappointed with Koncept Mahindra New Delhi as nobody came to pick my Thar Mahindra for service at 9 AM and when called at 10:30 AM I was told it’s inclement weather. Really! We all are at work. How unprofessional!

@anandmahindra my Thar was booked for service today to be picked up at 9 Am by Koncept Mahindra New Delhi. Nobody showed up and when I called at 10:30 AM I was told I am not well that’s why could not come. Somebody should have informed. This is so so unprofessional.
