@MDCNOfficial Crazy thing about this is the patient came us to the police station where she kept telling everyone that we helped her. No one listened to us, no one listened to her. The patient also followed us to court and apparently the CMD is influential enough for all these not to matter.
@MDCNOfficial I would like to point out that we were held there till the patient was resuscitated and after she was resuscitated, the CMD still ensured that we were taken to the police station.
@MDCNOfficial@MDCNOfficial Thirdly, is it legal for the hospital to still hold us hostage when the patient in question was already awake, two of her aunties had arrived and she has been discharged by the hospital?
@MDCNOfficial@MDCNOfficial Now I can understand a person such as her lying to save face or make her case at the police station but calling the office to defame my sister and I is something I cannot understand. What was her intention?
@MDCNOfficial@MDCNOfficial Secondly, while we were in the hospital, my sister Onyekachi gave the hospital staff her work ID and they snapped it, her only offense was insisting that she wanted to leave for work. Now if we were trying to abscond, would we have presented her work ID?
Now this question is for the @MDCNOfficial because she is a senior member of your association, how did the CMD know how and when we beat up the woman. Was she with us before we brought the woman to the hospital? Did the woman have bruises similar to those from a beating?
We heard from my sister’s office that the CMD of Karu General hospital called my sister's office while we were down to report us. The CMD, Dr. Ede Ojo told her office that we beat up a woman till she fainted, brought her to the hospital and tried to run away.
I'm so grateful to God for too many reasons. What type of problem is this? If anything had happened to this woman, we'd have been locked up for murder without any evidence. My God!!!
We called the husband also. He said her Aunty was on the way. Eventually, one policeman came & went to search her house. We found a note that was similar to a suicide note & some drugs. The family came & took her to the hospital. We have been informed that the lady drank poison
UPDATE: The same lady collapsed in front of the gate today again. My sister @Qachosky and I refused to help this time. All our neighbours refused to help also.
We called the police & road safety to come & carry her. The police said their vans were bad. We told them we can't help
@Cheeqah_N@smallqenxie @iam_Enkay1 thank you for being available. These people where called from jail when we couldn't reach anyone. They helped in ways even them didn't know
@ruthyorea God bless you richly for all you've done.
@HIBILLIONEAR @Mhizkeeky Someone's ego was hurt is why she have to sleep in prison. The person that's hurt is not interested in court case that'll stretch for a long time. It's a " I'll show you who I am" situation.
Now I was maybe going to let this matter rest and go about my day because of the level of cooperation that was required to get us out but I will also like to get it all out of my chest while I'm clear minded.
@MDCNOfficial The collusion at the police station was deplorable, and it is crazy that a person would write a statement but no one would care about it just because someone “superior” is saying something else.
@MDCNOfficial Everyone keeps telling me we are lucky the woman survived and I keep imagining we would have been locked up forever because she wanted to prove she could deal with us. What is this?
@MbanajaStanley @DoubleOGAdoga closed his office and came to court today with all his staff and his influence really helped. I can’t thank you enough. I don't know what would have happened if you didn't show up and stayed through it all.
