Day 30,31 of building my startup

- nill, coz i had do to deal with all the manpower leaving my business

- i had a partnership with a franchise called Cleanz24, the worst franchise you can take for laundry, cancelled the deal

Day 29 of building Dhobify:-

- we have reduced our TAT to 24 hours for general orders
- i tried LaundryMate and their sevice for the first time ngl it’s good

-still building V2 of the app.
-alligned the new worker with the store rules and what exactly we do .
-5th july is the date when i start large scale marketing again.

- Finally Finally found two manpower to process clothes so we are back on track.

- Made 3 reels and posted.

Day 25 of building dhobify:-

- Almost finished building V2 version of the app, it is lot easier and smooth in UI.
- I am focussing on Dev work as of now and solving out the operational complexities of manpower requirements hence stopped marketing and untill it resolved.

Working on the complete revamp of the app and making it customer friendly, this will be an update for a long time because after this it will be complete focus on GTM and grabbing customer.

Day 23 of building Dhobify:-
- Still working on the version 2 of the app.
- found an agency called Infuish for content creator marketing.
-found that the workers were not attaching stickers and flyers to all the orders.

How to approach any content creator?

- Started working of version 2 of our app,
- still finding manpower and found a agency to provide manpower for a year, gonna charge 50k for it.
- Workindia and Apna jobs are not good.

Day 22 of building Dhobify:-

1. Adding a feature for quick pickup it’s just pickup which i iterated through when interacted with customer.

Looks like they just want pickup and don’t want the cart shenanigans.

1. Drafted all the features for v2 release.
2. Few orders got delayed because of machine breakdown handled that whole day.
