@rubblemeister @ManCityHelp Don't know how they can call it fan support as they just make standard statements at tier 1 helpdesk level. There's no actual support. Might as well not bother!!! At least @BTGroup check my email account to make sure that wasn't the problem.

@ManCityHelp Why should I have to change an email address I've used successfully for over 30 years? Just get someone to check your system to see what's gone wrong. @BTGroup do not block emails and your in my safe senders list.

@ManCityHelp I received all emails up until 7th March then for some reason I've not received any from the email address [email protected].
This happened last year then during the season emails began arriving and stopped in March. If this was BT blocking it they'd be more complaints
