It is not normal to go through life in a semi-aroused state.

It is not normal to see women as body parts.

We need to start taking these public admissions seriously, as red flags of predatory behavior.

He is saying, "When I see a teen girl (or whoever), I picture her naked, and imagine doing things to her."

And he does not see this as a bad thing. He thinks the problem is with HER.

Thus, he is admitting that he is not safe for women or girls to be around.

In secular contexts, if a man were to announce loudly in public that he finds it hard to not fantasize if a woman is wearing yoga pants, and that the sight of her makes him lust--

he would be considered creepy & pervy.

In the evangelical world, he's considered honorable.
