I understand all businesses are looking to cut costs but to try and sell the new scheme as something we should welcome is a bit of a joke.

I'll definitely be spending less in your shop as Tesco and Sainsbury's fruit/veg is far fresher and same price.
@ChristieDaz@paulturner67 Have a glass of cordial(not berry based) to drink alongside the prep. It helps it down and overcomes the sickly sweetness of the gloop! Hope it goes well for you.
@MartinSLewis Had one since April and despite it sending readings OVO seem incapable of producing an accurate bill. I don't know where I stand right now which is a concern as we go into the colder months.
@OVOEnergy been with you over 10 years and I really don't know why your customer service has become so poor. Info on my app is always wrong since I had smart meters fitted in April. E mailed you on 1st Aug still no reply. Rang last week told would get response within week.

@turnerj0@MoneySavingExp@MartinSLewis I got through twice this week 1hr 20m mid morning and 20mins calling at 8am when the lines first open. Getting these numbers is surely something that could be done on line saving them and us time.
