PERFORMANCE CHEF -
MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
"A performance chef has an opportunity at every meal to influence performance and recovery."
Last year, I started a performance chef mentorship program. Why?
If vou are a performance chef or nutritionist who wants to discuss how I can support you, your Kitchen team or your business further, please feel free to DM me.
Since running my mentorship programme, I have gathered feedback and I've concluded I'm able to support individual development. I do this through my own experiences, network, qualifications, innovation and management style using a fresh food first approach.
To create a complete performance catering provision you need the skill sets of both a Performance Chef and a Performance Nutritionist working together with the same vision and goals.
A nutritionist is often held accountable for what a kitchen provides, however, they don't know how to get what they require from a commercial kitchen - l've seen this personally and many nutritionists have told me they have this issue.
