@altontowers really enjoyed driving two hours to come to a room I paid £900 for for two nights. To find a dehumidifier with tubes going to the toilet and wires everywhere. All the rooms furniture just dumped in the middle of the room. The floor soaked and the room stinking of damp. Then to just have the the dehumidifier just moved with thr expectancy of me to move all the furniture back. Missed dinner booking waiting around for people to come sort it out. After complaining moved rooms to a room with no air conditioning working for us to sweat and no hot water. Oh don’t forget the chewing gum stuck to the bed. Drove two hours back home. Basically drove two hours to go have dinner (eventually) at Alton towers. Ruined my kids weekend. Great stuff…thanks. Told we can only refund your room and not my park tickets I paid for. Shocking!
