@benn_elisbenn That's great to know about the trains. I also fly frequently aswell & not sure if the carbon would survive my current Neon 2 has been on many flights and had a fair share of knocks too, so I'm not sure what to do.

@RoadsideMum @easyJet Use the damaged luggage form I know it’s not but I did it a fortnight ago for my wheelchair chair & they paid out as I supplied photos etc of chair damage instead of bag.
