I’m not sure what happened to airbnb this summer, but man has their costumer service been the worst experience of my life! They took my account down with no explanation and said they would be in touch in 3 days!!! What a joke! @bchesky@Airbnb@AirbnbHelp
@AirbnbHelp I DMed. We can’t continue to go down this road. AirBNB needs to figure out what the heck is going on! Every time we have called we were told that they didn’t see anything wrong with our account and 3 separate reps told us that they don’t know why we were even taken down!
We have called well over 200 times and still have no answers while also losing thousands of dollars.
Is it common practice for Airbnb to betray their hosts and let bullies like this one win while destroying our small business? @bchesky@AirbnbHelp
