As parents of a teenage autistic daughter we have to say it's not just Education where parents have to fight battles. Getting a diagnosis, getting any sort of support that then you find isn't very good anyway it's one fight after another. And we are exhausted by it

I'd be very uncomfortable with being a patient at @heartlandsuhb, knowing its senior managers (mis)treat staff by planning to hire & rehire part of the workforce. This practice increases precarity for workers &negatively affects patients

are saying that there is no pressure being put on the porters to sign up to a new work rota, but when you tell your workforce ‘sign or get sacked in 5 days’ time’ we call that out for bullying and intimidation

Porters at Heartlands hospital @uhbtrust deserve better. Clapped for in the summer and fired in the winter. #HeartlessHeartlands management are showing their true colours by attempting to sacking their staff members amidst a lock down! Shame on them!
