Still can’t believe i’m officially a registered Band 5 Occupational Therapist and will be starting my first job on Monday🤩
Feeling so surreal, excited but also extremely nervous. Any tips on managing new job anxiety would be greatly appreciated.

Belated post! Last week I got my overall uni grade & to say i’m in shock is an understatement! Who’d have thought after many struggles & doubts in first year, that i’d complete my degree with a first class honours?! Feel so so proud🤩👩🏻‍🎓

And just like that my FINAL placement is over! I never thought I would make it even through 1st year, but here we are 3 years later with over 1000 hours of clinical placement experience! A very proud moment🤩just got one last assignment to do & then i’ll be qualified eek💚

I feel so proud to say that I’ve passed my dissertation with a 2:1!✨I’ve had a long battle with myself to get to this point but I’ve made it & I couldn’t have done it without the incredible people around me. One step closer to becoming a qualified OT! 🤍@YSJOT

I am due to start my final placement in a couple of weeks, in Mental Health Service for Older People in the community. Extremely excited to get back out and gain new experiences. Any recommendations for reading in preparation would be much appreciated😊#OccupationalTherapy
