@TELUSsupport @TELUSsupport said they would call me on Friday & nobody did. A loyalty & home services rep can call me after I cancel but when I request a call back for your reps being insensitive to my situation, nobody calls. Is this how you treat all your customers or just young women?

@TELUSsupport @TELUSsupport wasn’t able to provide quality service. They still imply it is my fault for purchasing my first ever home in an area where THEY have not upgraded their infrastructure to provide high-speed Internet. This should be illegal. They can’t provide my contracted service.
