@jkvoffl (3/n). To Function smoothly, Need to Recover the Unpaid Dues from the Owners and their Tenants. Is there any way apart from filing Legal case against the Owners?Going Legal will be Expensive and a long drawn out Process. Is there any way to Resolve this Issue. Shrinivas

@jkvoffl (2/n). Most of the Owners are Abroad and the Present Owners living in the Building are over 70 Years Old. Building is 24 Years Old and lot of civil Work is pending because of Non Payment of Dues. We are not able to meet the Owners, they don't come for AGM also.

@jkvoffl (1/n). Good Morning Sir. Our Apartment Building is Registered under Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu - Registration of Societies. 2 Owners haven't Paid their Corpus Fund for the last 13 Years & their Tenant are not Paying their Maintenance Charges for the Last 3 Years.

@anandvasu My Father was the Manager of the SBI Cricket Team in 1966 - 1970, used to say lot of interesting information about V V Kumar Uncle, Milka Singh Uncle, Mr. Gundappa Vishwanath, Mr. Syed Kirmani & the Late Mr. R Prabhakar Uncle & their heroics on & off the Field. Fun to listen.

@kolappan should be the Responsibility of the Companies which Recruits the Workers from Other States to give their Details like Aadhaar Card etc. to the Nearest Police Station (or) give their Details to the TN Govt to create a Database. It would be helpful for them in case of Emergency.

@sansbarrier Initiative was taken by Mr. Iravatham Mahadevan, Managing Director of TIDCO & Mr. A.L Mudhaliar was brought in as Chairman in 1985. Credit should also be given to Mr. MGR for understanding the necessity to Invest and accepting the Joint Venture between TIDCO & Tata Sons.

@sumanthraman (3/3).Experts like Capt. Mohan Ranganathan say that Chembarambakkam lake contributed only 30% to Flooding in 2015,Balance 70% Overflow came from the Water Bodies in Mudichur, Sriperumbathur & Parandur. Govt should take Cognizance of these Issues before building a new Airport.

@sumanthraman (2/3).Costs are prohibitive and it will destroy many water bodies in and around Parandur. Govt Agencies should look out for an Alternate Piece of Land to build an International Airport.

@sumanthraman (1/3). Having a 2nd Airport is Requisite for Development. Acquisition of 4,000 Acres of Land in an Area rich in WaterBodies, Was Soil Testing done? In order to Operate Large Aircrafts, Concreting of the Entire Area as to be done to a Depth of 4 Mts to 6 Mts.
