@AmericanAir I have been doing it since the first day and guess what? NO ONE ANSWER THE PHONE FOR HOURS!!! Is this a way of American Airlines discourage customers from getting their loss luggage? Is this an easy way to assume responsibility?

@AmericanAir @MarkLentine1 I have dealing with mediocrity of American Airlines since three weeks ago since they lost my luggage. And yet no response and no loyalty to customers. As right now my luggage are in a retention center in Dallas. Don't fly with American Airlines again!
