UK is another country which has so much corruptions. USA too. Read more about their systems and you will learn it does not prevent corruption.

@rafiziramli Should open the lands to all Malaysians who are interested to farm, for eg on lease basis. There is too much emphasis on race in every sector including farming. There is a need to open up lands for cultivation.
