Saya ditanya sekali lagi berkenaan penentuan kumpulan T15 ketika Sesi Libat Urus RMK13 di Melaka.

Rujukan menggunakan pendapatan isi rumah kasar tidak mewakili atau menggambarkan keadaan sebenar kemampuan dan tanggungan yang dihadapi setiap isi rumah sebab tidak membezakan mengikut kawasan dan kos sara hidup itu juga berbeza-beza.

Kita dah sampai ke peringkat membentangkan satu konsep yang kita panggil perbelanjaan asas kehidupan wajar mengikut daerah-daerah di seluruh Malaysia dan kos perbelanjaan asas untuk hidup wajar mengikut saiz isi rumah dan juga lokasi.

Pada masa yang sama, dalam memuktamadkan kriteria kumpulan T15, kita melihat aspek-aspek yang lebih menyeluruh seperti jumlah anak, lokasi, tanggungan rumah, kenderaan dan sebagainya.

Proses penentuan kriteria ini pasti memakan masa kerana jumlah data yang besar dan proses ini tidak pernah dilaksanakan atau dimulakan dalam negara ini. Kerajaan Madani komited untuk melalui proses ini agar penentuan kumpulan ini benar-benar menggambarkan keadaan sosio-ekonomi dan tanggungan setiap isi rumah.

@GrabMY Your app is useless. It shows Report issue for a transaction, only to ended up to ask for one sentence. Typed “Report issue” and it keep looping “one sentence”. What a stupid app report issue you have.
