Caregivers asked for 7 feeding points based on territory.

RWA refused and made 2 feeding points. 15+ dogs refused to move to the feeding points outside their territory and have gone hungry for 3 days.

The ones that attempted to move into new territory to eat were attacked by other dogs.

Sucha dog fights are a risk to human populations as well, and hence theb need to establish multiple feeding points.
