Here’s what the LAW is regarding this issue:

The main statute is 8 U.S.C. § 1325, “Improper entry by alien.” It makes it a crime for any alien to enter or attempt to enter the U.S. at a time or place other than as designated by immigration officers, to elude examination or inspection, or to enter by willfully false or misleading representation or concealment of a material fact.
A first offense is a misdemeanor — fine or up to six months in prison, or both. A subsequent offense is a felony — up to two years. There’s also a civil penalty of fifty to two hundred fifty dollars per entry, doubled for repeat offenders.

Yes. It is foolish to continue to spend money on an agency that clearly is not capable of performing its mission..our children continue to fail at the most basic tasks, math and reading history and English . C’mon let’s trash this useless government organization and let the local parents take charge of their schools!!!!! It’s their children who matter! And it’s their money being spent.
