Is anyone else having issues with their Sky Q mini box connecting? I have tried literally everything online that said to do! It’s so frustrating & Sky are no help at all

@TheWondererNews Go to settings,then system info, then software version & if it says update beside that, click update.. it should take about 5-10 minutes once it says on screen that it is successfully updated turn your tv off and then on and then hopefully it should be fixed.. that worked for me

@TheWondererNews I got mine sorted, thankfully.. if you are having the same trouble as I was you can check if your main sky box needs an update - once I updated mine my sky Q box connected
