Sclerosing lipogranuloma it is. 😊

A mixture of fat necrosis, histiocytes, foamy macrophages, multinucleated giant cells, and fibrosis.

Often associated with prior injection of exogenous material (e.g. paraffin).

The differential includes adenomatoid tumor (due to large vacuoles) and well-diff liposarc (due to pseudolipoblast-like cells).
