Indian Gen Z has emerged as one of the most influential drivers of demand, yet a growing share relies on #EMIs models , reflecting how access to easy #credit is reshaping #consumption.
As this momentum grows, the focus must stay clear: #wellbeing of #youngpeople over consumption.
Young people bring new ideas and energy, yet this newness is often treated as non-preferential because systems tend to prefer familiarity. Time to rethink #CSR engagement to better respond to real community needs @ChetanSuwalka12@mangalmsw12@nancygumanta@NadaPehchaan
Why India needs an ‘Inflation Linked Salary Revision Act’, I argue in Parliament.
Between FY18 and FY26, real wages for salaried Indians fell by 16% because pay hike did not keep pace with rising inflation. That is why in Parliament I raised that a mandatory wage indexation formula is the need of the hour.
Government employees get protection through Dearness Allowance and periodic Pay Commissions. But 85% of India’s formal workforce has zero statutory inflation protection. They are at the mercy of employer discretion and their own negotiation power to get a pay hike.
Other economies already protect workers through automatic indexation.
• The US has COLA with automatic revisions
• Germany revises wages every 18–24 months
• Japan follows the annual Shunto system
• Belgium mandates automatic quarterly indexation
India needs statutory inflation protection, a minimum wage increase linked to inflation.
Inflation should not be India’s silent pay cut
Shri Ajit Pawar Ji was a leader of the people, having a strong grassroots level connect. He was widely respected as a hardworking personality at the forefront of serving the people of Maharashtra. His understanding of administrative matters and passion for empowering the poor and downtrodden were also noteworthy. His untimely demise is very shocking and saddening. Condolences to his family and countless admirers. Om Shanti.
He is from Special Forces of Indian Army @adgpi …
Pride in his eyes for the Nation is unmissable but the helplessness in his tone tells a different story

STORY | White collar Kashmir-Haryana-UP terror module busted, 2,900 kg of explosives seized and eight arrested
Eight people, including three doctors, were arrested, and 2,900 kg of explosives were seized with the uncovering of a “white collar” terror module involving the Jaish-e-Mohammed and Ansar Ghazwat-ul-Hind and spanning Kashmir, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh, officials said on Monday.
Among those arrested following a 15-day operation were Kashmir's Dr Muzammil Ganaie in Faridabad and Lucknow’s Dr Shaheen, who was brought by air to Srinagar for custodial interrogation, officials said. An AK-47 rifle was found in her car.
The joint operation by the police forces of Jammu and Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh and Haryana, as well as central agencies, has achieved a major breakthrough, officials said.
They did not divulge details of exactly when the arrests took place.
With this, the police have successfully thwarted the destructive designs of both the terror groups, the banned Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) and Ansar Ghazwat-ul-Hind (AGuH), an offshoot of ISIS in India.

He is Juhad Hameed Shakeel Manna, accused of recruiting for the terror group ISIS. He is currently lodged in Bengaluru Central Jail, Karnataka.
A video has gone viral in which he is seen using a mobile phone and watching TV in jail.
Terrorists get comfort, taxpayers get fooled.
On Oct 27, posters supporting Jaish-e-Mohammed appeared in Srinagar. CCTV footage showed a man putting them up, and police traced him to Saharanpur.
The man turned out to be Dr. Adil Ahmed Rather, MBBS, MD (Medicine), employed at a private hospital on Ambala Road. Until last October, he had been posted at the Government Medical College, Anantnag. When investigators opened his old locker at GMC Anantnag, they didn’t find books or coats, they found an assault rifle.
His interrogation led police to another doctor, Dr. Mujammil Shakeel, MBBS MD (Anaesthesia), working at Al-Falah Hospital in Faridabad. From Dr. Shakeel’s possession, police recovered 350 kg of suspected ammonium nitrate, 20 timers, and another assault rifle.
Police say this is among the largest explosive stockpiles seized in recent years, and that a major terror plot targeting Delhi-NCR was likely in its final stages.
And with that, we have two more distinguished entries to Malala Yousafzai’s ever-growing alumni list of “Education will surely eliminate terrorism.”
Even though the exact reason for the blast in Red Fort area of Delhi has not been confirmed so far, @GujaratPolice is vigilant and on high alert. I appeal to all citizens also to be vigilant and inform local police if anything suspicious comes to notice. Please stay away from rumours and believe only on verified information.
Total ammonium nitrate recovered thus far from house to house search in Faridabad: 2900 kg. This is 1000 kg more more than what Timothy McVeigh used to carry out the Oklahoma Bombing. 3 top doctors have been arrested: Dr Shaheena, Dr Shakil, Dr Adil Ahmad.
You can't do anything.
Ricin is one of the deadliest poisons known. Tasteless, odourless, you wouldn’t even realise if it was mixed into your food or water.
Meet Dr. Ahmed Mohiuddin Syed, an MBBS from China. Using his medical knowledge, he had been extracting ricin from castor seeds for a long time to carry out what would have been one of the biggest mass poisonings in the world by mixing it in water and likely temple prasad in Delhi, Ahmedabad, and Lucknow.
He, along with two others, Mohd. Suhel and Azad, was arrested by the Gujarat ATS. They were in contact with ISIS handlers through Telegram. They were also in contact with Pakistani handlers who were dropping weapons for them through drones.
Another reminder that we don’t thank our anti-terror agencies enough. Their job is like that of a goalkeeper: you are noticed not for how many goals you save, but only for the ones you fail to stop. We will never know how many terror plots our agencies have foiled in the last decade. It must be many. There are so many radicals who want to harm us all the time, and yet we’ve seen mostly peace in civilian areas over the past decade. Hats off, and gratitude.
