Convicted child murderer and rapist Pangkaeker, according to probation officer's report, said he couldn't feel remorse "for something he hadn't done". According to Pangkaeker he couldn't at times recall the name of his rape and murder victim Tazne van Wyk @CapeTimesSA @IOL
