When a hundred trials don't work, it's better to leave things be. Trying too hard is tedious and more often than not unwelcome. Look for better things that might land you in a better place. Forcing things won't always work out and we should learn to be okay with that.

Respect, in my opinion, is a big word and yet, it's passed of as a mere figment. Respect isn't confined by sex and neither is it confined by social status of the beings. People need to lay off their masks of hypocrisy because playing the blame-game ain't a tough nut to crack.
