Congrats to Sebastian Garcia who broke 5 for the first time last night in a big way. He dropped his PR from 5:02 all the way to 4:51. Sebastian joined us last January and has gone through injury and struggles to get to this point. Congrats!

On 1/22/22 Kyler ran his first ever 1600m in 5:53.98 and committed himself ever since.

Improvement!! Tomas Hadden joined the team in January of 2022 with no prior running experience. He started with a hard pace being around 15min per mile. His first race was a 600m where he ran 2:27 which is paced for 13:04 for 3200. On Friday he ran 12:30 for 3200!
