@DJT1544554@RealJamesWoods Congress, only by a two-thirds vote in BOTH chambers can propose an amendment. That proposal would
Have to be ratified by 3/4th of the state houses. 38/50. It’s intended to be really hard and has become functionally impossible in today’s polarized politics.
Discussing with the Washington Post why this upcoming massive legal cat fight #trial between #ElonMusk and #SamAltman is going to be like “the landing of the Hindenburg on the deck of the Titanic; we know it’s going to be crazy and nasty.” @GerritD@ShiraOvide

@boxingscene Usyk is a FAR superior boxer than Lennox. Not taking anything away from him, but Usyk would out box the shit out of him and ultimately hurt him by the late rounds.
@dangambardello American seniors lost over $4billion to digital asset scams in 2025 alone and the clarity act does nothing to address it. No consumer/investor protections for a burgeoning and extremely risky asset class despite 100 years of lessons learned in securities space. Simple fixes exist
@SECPaulSAtkins@SECGov@CFTC@SecScottBessent Wrong. It’s time for the SEC to act in the best interests of investors and consumers and act against rogue financial institutions without any accountability. But Coinbase and Armstrong bought the votes!
@SenLummis not without consumer and investor protections. American seniors, your constituents, your parents, friends, and neighbors, had over $4 billion in digital assets stolen from them through fraud in 2025 alone. Stop the steal! these companies running platforms must be accountable.
@ChairmanSelig@CFTC States have played a critical role in investor and consumer protections for generations. Your agency seeks to undo 100 years of state-based regulatory authority based solely on your convoluted concept of corporate freedoms. “Prediction markets” are fraud factories.
@ChairmanSelig@CFTC Investors prefer that innovation move in lockstep with investor and consumer protections. Fraud involving digital assets has skyrocketed exponentially over the last five years, at least 5-fold. What is your agency doing about that?
@tatereeves Yay! Now Mississippi do the thing where you stop taking all that federal money paid for by places like Chicago, to fill your massive budget gaps.
@elonmusk There aren’t nearly enough doctors in the United States. We don’t educate, graduate, and keep nearly enough doctors in the US. It’s a huge problem. We need to make medical school more affordable, make sure talented immigrants who are educated here, stay here to practice medicine
