THE LAND IS GROANING. ZION MUST AWAKE.
I am burdened that the happenings in our nation have not yet brought the Church into the depth of response this hour requires. We have seen enough to drive us into sustained travail, yet much of what should summon us before GOD has ended in conversations among ourselves.
A people can gather every week, preach with eloquence and sing with strength, yet remain insensitive to the burden of GOD concerning their generation. The meetings continue, but the watch has been abandoned.
This should trouble us. We were not planted in this land merely to build ministries within it. We have a stewardship concerning the people among whom GOD has placed us. Their wounds must affect our service.
When Nehemiah heard of Jerusalem’s broken walls, the report interrupted his life. He sat down, wept, mourned, fasted and prayed. Although he lived in the palace, he could no longer remain comfortable with the condition of his people.
That is how a burden apprehends a man. What others can discuss and forget follows him into the presence of GOD. It begins to order his prayers, govern his decisions and make demands upon his strength.
Has Nigeria Made us like this?
Have we remained before GOD after the conversation became quiet? Have we allowed our prayers for the land to search our own lives?
Daniel was faithful in Babylon, yet when he prayed concerning his people, he said, “We have sinned.” He did not use his personal devotion to distance himself from their failure. He stood before GOD in confession and sought mercy for the nation.
This is the priestly posture we must recover. The fear of GOD must return to our dealings with money, our exercise of authority and our treatment of people. Our intercession must bring us under the very righteousness we desire for Nigeria.
The prophet Joel cried: “Let the priests, the ministers of the LORD, weep between the porch and the altar, and let them say, Spare thy people, O LORD…”
There is a place of responsibility between the porch and the altar. There, a priest Prays For people whose names he may never know and pleads for households from which he may never receive anything. His heart has been enlarged beyond the boundaries of his congregation because he has come under the burden of GOD.
We need that enlargement again. Nigeria must become more than a subject we address during elections and national anniversaries. Let her become the subject of the prayer in our assemblies. Let the fathers teach their sons to stand before GOD for this land. Let our homes become places where children learn to pray for their people instead of hearing only why nothing can ever change.
And let our travail produce men willing to serve. The burden that brought Nehemiah to his knees eventually took him to the broken walls. He prayed, then gave himself to the rebuilding. In the same way, our intercession must prepare us National Transformation.
The Church must raise people who can be trusted at the gates. This is my prayer: that GOD will deliver us from the ease with which we have adjusted to the suffering around us. That HE will restore tenderness to our hearts, truth to our inward parts and endurance to our intercession.
May the happenings in our nation awaken us to our stewardship. May we discern what this hour requires and yield ourselves to the dealings that will make us useful in HIS hands.
LORD, awaken YOUR Church. Gather us again to the place of repentance and prayer.
May Nigeria find in the Church a people who stood before GOD for her and rose from prayer ready to serve.
🇺🇸 Meanwhile in America
“3D Printed Salmon just hit American grocery shelves from Israel”
“Printing layer by layer to mimic the muscle fibre & fat distribution of the real thing”
American teacher breaks down into tears because teaching American elementary school students has become so hard
🚨 She says she only has 1 student out of 34 kids who passed
She says it’s gotten so bad, “I literally put the word on the board. I write it on the board and I say copy it, and they're copying it wrong — it's almost scary because you're like, dude — then you start questioning yourself. You're like, is it me? Like, what?
— I'm exhausted”
“I’m exhausted — like, there's some days that I like doing it, but man, to do that every single day it's exhausting — Breaks my heart”
She extremely frustrated because she knows by the way the students are performing that their parents are not doing what they are supposed to be doing with their kids
It comes down to the parents. Our education system and parents are failing our kids. I remember going to school and everyone had to behave, everyone had to learn and do the work to pass, you weren’t even given an option
We have gotten too soft and there needs to be punishments and accountability again

Former Pfizer Vice President Dr Michael Yeadon: There was NO pandemic. They lied so they could inject 5.5 billion people with poison, which has now killed over 17 million people
In 1995, doctors told a family to say goodbye.
Brielle was fading fast. At barely two pounds, her oxygen was plummeting, her skin was turning blue, and every machine in the ICU screamed that her tiny heart was giving up.
Then a nurse broke the rules.
Ignoring hospital protocol that strictly separated premature twins, she trusted instinct over machinery. She gently picked up Brielle’s stronger sister, Kyrie, and laid her into the same incubator. Two fragile bodies, side by side, just as they had grown together in the womb.
What happened next silenced the entire room.
Within minutes, the alarms stopped. Brielle’s oxygen levels surged. Her frantic pulse steadied, her ragged breathing slowed, and the warmth flooded back into her skin.
Then came the moment that brought veteran doctors to their knees: Kyrie slowly lifted her tiny, fragile arm and wrapped it entirely around her dying sister—anchoring her to this world.
That single embrace didn’t just save a life. It shattered standard medical protocol forever, pioneering the practice of "co-bedding" twins across neonatal units worldwide.
Science couldn’t save her that night. A sister’s touch did.
Never underestimate the power of simply refusing to let go.
