@AbsaSouthAfrica They just informed me that I shouldn’t have removed the damaged tyres from the rim and that I should have towed the car to the tyre dealership for assistance, now who pays for that towing?
I gave these people everything they asked for and still they don’t want to assist me

I have a serious issue with your rim and tyre insurance department, I hit a horrible pothole and lost 2 tyres of the same side few days ago
I reported the incident immediately to insurance department and was advised to take the car to the nearest hi Q or Tyler wheel

@AbsaSouthAfrica This morning they called me and told me they sending me an assessor to check my car and the damaged tyres
Now wat type of bullying is this from an insurance company?
I had to go get old tyres from the streets to replace the damaged ones so I can go to the dealer

@AbsaSouthAfrica Then they replied and say they can not view the pictures and quotation attached so we had to re do it again, we did so the following day and they came back and say I shouldn’t have taken out the damaged tyres out of the rims and that they won’t process my claim

@AbsaSouthAfrica I did that and everything that they requested was emailed to them, the following day they replied and said the dealer fail to authenticate my credentials therefore they can not assist, I went back to the dealer and he got the authentication right,

@budgetins its been a month now since my car Lights have been stolen, and you are giving me the runaround to replace them, you further instuct the panel beater to replace the stolen lights with old lights from scap yards.

What level of insult is this??
