@Ask_Spectrum Not anything all could do, last week a technician was at the complex every day. Heck can't even do tv cause the technician put the fiber connection in my bedroom instead of living room.

Once a week I'm stuck with an internet outage because of @GetSpectrum. If I had the choice I'd switch to a different provider, but I can't because they have a deal with my apartment complex and it's all included w/my rent w/no opt-out. 🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡
