During a traffic stop in the 008 District on a gang suppression mission, officers recovered a loaded 9mm semi-auto handgun as well as one ounce of Psylocibin Mushrooms.  The driver was taken into custody and processed. Good job to our PRT officers.

Officers on a Gang Suppression Mission in the 008 District conducted a traffic stop. Driver could not produce a DL or insurance, ordered out of her vehicle. 45 bags of crack cocaine, 3 bags of crystal meth recovered. She was placed into custody, charged with 2 Class X felonies.

A gang suppression mission in the 003 District led to the arrest of an individual after officers conducted a narcotics investigation revealing two loaded firearms and approximately 20 grams of cannabis and 5 liquid grams of lean liquid codeine. Great job to our PRT officers.

New Years Eve gang suppression mission in the 008 District, PRT officers conducted a traffic stop. A very strong order of fresh cannabis led officers to further investigate resulting in 60grams of cannabis packaged for sale. The driver was charged with a Class 3 Felony.

PRT officers arrested an individual during a gang suppression mission in the 008 District. The individual was not in possession of a CCL or FOID card. He was taken into custody and felony charges were approved for Agg UUW. Great job!

On New Years Eve, two individuals were placed into custody during a Gang Suppression mission in the 008 District. Officers recovered 2 loaded firearms and narcotics. Felony charges were approved on both offenders for Agg UUW. Great job to our officers.

A multiple time convicted felon was placed into custody and charged with a Class X felony after a loaded firearm was recovered during a traffic stop of a vehicle with no plates. Great job officers!

After a brief encounter, officers arrested an individual for being in possession of a loaded firearm which was later found to be stolen. The individual was charged accordingly. Another good job of getting a loaded firearm out of our streets. Good job to our PRT officers.

Area 1 PRT officers conducted a traffic stop of a tow truck for traffic violations. The driver was made to exit the vehicle when officers observed a bulge in his waistband. The offender was placed into custody and charged with Aggravated UPW. Great job officers!

Two individuals were stopped for jay walking. One of the individuals began to hide behind the other. A protective pat down revealed a loaded firearm. Offender was placed into custody and charged with Agg UPW. Another great job by our Area 1 PRT officers.

A traffic stop of a vehicle with multiple violations where the rear seat passenger attempted to flee, officers observed a firearm in the coat pocket. The firearm was recovered with a defaced serial number and an additional loaded magazine. Class X Felony charges approved.

After approaching an individual who was observed manipulating an object, officers recovered a loaded firearm after conducting a protective pat down. The individual, a juvenile, attempted to flee but was taken into custody and charged accordingly.

An offender fled holding his side after noticing officers. After a brief foot chase and use of force incident, an offender was taken into custody, and charges were approved for Agg Battery to PO and a Class X felony for Armed Habitual Criminal. Great job to our PRT officers!

Officers conducted a street stop at a gas station for trespassing of a female offender. A protective pat down revealed a firearm from under her armpit, pill bottle with MDMA hits and 16 knotted baggies of suspect cocaine. She was charged with a Class X felony for armed violence.
