Maybe its just me. But where is the customer service! Had a less than desirable experience with @RideCannondale and their so called local bike shop reps. They lack empathy & willingness to help. I'm a proud owner of a system six and my rim got damaged...they could careless.

@gregsimo16 @Orbitz Craziness bro, booked 9 months in advance for Trini Carnival. Overtime, they canceled my flights, refund the main leg without my authorization because I didn't even know the flight was canceled. Now i can't get back my travel insurance. What's the point of travel insurance?
