@notyourseed Similarly, people will say a charming short form video series should "be a tv show" as if the form is not an essential part of what makes it the enjoyable media that it is. Underproduced media makes choices that cannot be genuinely reproduced on a big budget

@spencerbeswick The dispossessed felt honest and rational. I appreciated that it didn't show any particular system as the answer or the evil. In that was it acts as a meaningful exploration of anarchist systems. Psalm is liberal wish fulfillment. Cute! Cozy! But ultimately meaningless.
