It looks like a fork of agile, but instead of sprints there’s lots and lots of cocaine.
Reality: The Product Team was so indecisive they couldn’t make basic decisions.
Journalist: They were so obsessed with the customer they would spend weeks discussing every minor detail of the user experience.

The most underrated PM skill is to be able to look straight into the chaos, noise and doubt of tech. Where the smartest people in the world scream out with a cacophony of innovative ideas that mixes with terrible imposter syndrome.
