BOMBSHELL lawsuit just dropped: Florida’s state pension fund and another NYT shareholder are suing The New York Times, demanding access to internal records over alleged anti-Israel bias and failures to enforce editorial standards.

According to the filing, a veteran NYT employee raised concerns at least 15 times.

HR allegedly responded - "If you don’t like our values here, maybe you should go find a place whose values align with yours."

The petition also cites 72 admitted errors in eight months of Israel-Hamas coverage, buried complaints, ignored standards and antisemitism training promised in 2019 that was allegedly never implemented.

The Secretary-General, during the UN General Assembly, didn’t mention the Islamic regime in Iran’s genocide of 40,000 people or the killing of 500,000 Syrians by the IRGC, and he didn’t say a word about the Muslim Brotherhood-led army in Sudan killing 80,000 Muslims and more than 2 million Christians. I look at those two "filmmakers" and their film, NAZA. Absolute lies from beginning to end.

My country was the one torn apart on October 7. But it did not begin there. For decades, we Israelis have been targets of Islamist terrorists and extremists in Gaza and around the world.

Let me ask you something. Have you ever imagined seeing your friend beheaded? Your children bleeding to death? Your grandmother burning to death? What other extremist ideology has produced this much terror, this much evil?

For three years, I have lived with the atrocities of October 7. I put my life aside to create a record that could never be erased or forgotten. I went to sleep with these images every night, crying out to the world: Do not forget.

I have seen things I cannot even write about. I have watched atrocities that words cannot describe. Here in Israel, we have respect for the dead. We have never wanted to publish images of the bodies of those who were murdered. Their families do not deserve to live with those images forever.

If the full footage were released, many people would be psychologically harmed by images the human mind cannot process.

We never wanted war with Gaza. Lebanon did not interest us either. For years, we begged our government to end the constant attacks - decades of rockets and incendiary kites while we remained trapped in a disastrous policy of restraint that helped bring October 7 to our doorstep.

What would you do if a terrorist wearing a green headband broke into your home, abducted your wife and children, dragged them into a dark tunnel, starved them, and murdered them with his own hands? What if your neighbors were murdered in their beds? If your daughters were raped? What would you do?

Again and again, we watched a world driven by antisemitism blame us and turn the predator into the victim. We watched you threaten us, isolate us, condemn us.

We buried our dead and stood up again. Together. United. We fought back. We rose from the ashes and took back our skies. We lost soldiers. We lost our sons. In a war we never asked for.

We watched people celebrate the massacre against us and hit "like" on photos of our kidnapped children. And now we have watched people from within our own society sell their souls for money and sell us out for applause - the same kind of applause heard in Khan Younis when a crowd cheered as members of the Bibas family were returned in coffins.

We survived that cursed day. We stood up again. We fought on every front. Thousands of terrorists were eliminated. The IDF paid a devastating price while taking measures intended to avoid harming civilians. Had we not been stopped again and again, we would have continued to act against the Islamic regime - the head of the octopus behind so much of our suffering.

Many of us also fight on the information front, as platforms blur our evidence and silence us while Iranian agents and bots distort the truth.

Many of you know me through my documentation of October 7. The stories and testimonies will continue to be told. We will not surrender to pressure or vested interests. Deep down, you know the truth.

September 11, October 7, January 8, and the atrocities in Sweida - we have seen the bodies, the blood, and the horror. We know what murderous Islamist jihadists are capable of. And still, they receive applause from comfortable seats in Venice and elsewhere around the world. You have always looked away from our losses, just as the world now looks away while innocent Iranians are executed day after day.

Make no mistake. We are the ones condemning you. And in the name of every victim whose suffering you chose to ignore, we will never forgive you.

There is only one truth. You will never erase it. We never asked for war. But when war comes knocking at our door, we will be the ones who win.

This is me in 2023, looking at what they had done to us, realizing my life had changed forever.

A few key revelations related to Gaza coverage in last few days:

- Almost all of the media in Gaza were in a Hamas-run WhatsApp group that dictated and coordinated coverage. Including contributors to major western news organizations.

- Al Jazeera fired 24 of their media members from Gaza for direct ties to terror groups

- Admission that anyone in Gaza who reported anything contrary to Hamas claims was likely to be killed by Hamas.

Almost all of the information that came out of Gaza was part of a coordinated disinformation campaign by the very people who started the war.

Like so many others, my memory of September 11, 2001 starts with the blue sky over New York. Twenty-five years later, people still talk about how clear and bright it was. At the @Sept11memorial, artist Spencer Finch captures those memories in “Trying to Remember the Color of the Sky on That September Morning” – 2,983 panels, each hand-painted a different shade of blue, one for each person killed in the 2001 and 1993 attacks on the World Trade Center. My take on a new report released detailing systematic rape and sexual violence on Israelis by Hamas during the October 7 massacres:

For nearly two years, many people dismissed or denied what happened on October 7.

Some minimized it. Some rationalized it. Some claimed there was “no evidence.”

Others simply looked away because acknowledging the truth would have complicated the ideological narrative they had already embraced.

Now comes the most comprehensive report to date documenting the systematic use of rape, sexual torture, and gender-based violence by Hamas during and after the October 7 massacre.

The findings are horrific.

Not isolated acts. Not undisciplined behaviour by rogue individuals. A deliberate strategy of terror designed to maximize humiliation, suffering and psychological trauma.

Women raped beside the bodies of murdered friends.

Victims mutilated and executed.
Hostages sexually abused in captivity.
Children forced into degrading acts against one another.

The report concludes that this violence was “systematic, widespread, and integral” to the attack itself.

And yet, what remains deeply disturbing is not only the brutality of Hamas, but the moral failure of so many institutions, activists, and public figures who spent months questioning, dismissing or outright denying these crimes.

In virtually every other context, we are told — correctly — that victims of sexual violence deserve to be believed and treated with dignity.

But when the victims were Jews, many suddenly demanded impossible evidentiary standards, weaponized forensic gaps created by a live war zone, or cynically used isolated inaccuracies to discredit the broader reality of what occurred.

That double standard has a name: antisemitism.

Sexual violence is not less horrific when committed against Jews.

Women do not cease being victims because Hamas is politically fashionable in certain circles.

And human rights cannot be contingent on ideology.

What October 7 exposed was not only the depravity of Hamas, but the collapse of moral consistency among many who claim to champion justice, feminism and human rights.
That includes many formerly respected journalists and their employers.

The fact that The New York Times — a publication that has devoted endless coverage to allegations against Israel, many of which later required embarrassing corrections — declined to properly cover this report is an abomination.

That silence speaks volumes.
Because acknowledging the systematic sexual atrocities of October 7 would force far too many people to confront uncomfortable truths they spent the past two years avoiding.

Truth matters. Evidence matters. Moral consistency matters.

And history will remember not only the barbarism of Hamas, but also the cowardice of those who could not bring themselves to confront it honestly.

Oct 2023. The New York Times claimed "at least 500 Palestinians" were killed in an Israeli strike on a hospital."

They lied. Islamic Jihad did it. Their rocket hit a car park, not a hospital. And a few dozen were killed.

July 2025: NYT holds up sick child claiming he was a healthy child deliberately starved by Israel.

They lied. The child had Cerebral Palsy.

May 2026: NYT says that Israel trains dogs to rape Palestinians.

Guess what? They are lying again. It is blatant nonsense spread by a pro-Hamas NGO. As usual it moves from Hamas propaganda HQ to the pages of the NYT.

Why on earth would you pay any attention to what the New York Times says on Israel?
