Almost none can answer this question cleanly: where does the money actually come from?

Apple has services, accessories, software, subscriptions. The iPhone is still the core.
Meta has Instagram, Threads, network effects. The money comes from advertisers.

If you reduce your business to a single sentence describing where the revenue truly originates, and your major decisions over the last six months wouldn't survive that sentence, you don't yet fully understand your own business.

@sparbuchfeinde Besagter Polen-Trupp hat letztes Jahr das 1. OG in meinem Wohngebäude gemacht. Dabei 2 mal die Heizungsleitung angebohrt, ein Fenster nicht ausgetauscht und anschließend ne Küche vor gebaut.
