Stay in the game for the long run
Time for a recap of 2025 what I learned, where I failed, and which areas I want to level up next year.
This will be split into three parts, because one tweet has not enough space.
Bullish
$KLED- DATA Unicorn in the making
$AVICI- Own you're own bank (Great growth MoM)
$META- Very attractive launchpad for real investors
$DUPE- Great product, great growth + massive FW
$VIVA- Billion-dollar company, deep token integration
$CPT- Top-tier team, great narrative + disruptive tech
$ORGO- Cracked DEV, backed by a16z, AI narrative
$FITCOIN- Breakout consumer crypto app, rich data
$ICM- Leading ICM incubator, will have stacked AUM
$MET- Incredible tech, silent backbone of ICM
I'm certain I missed a few, but comfy in all these.
I have shared much deeper, longer theses on all, but wanted to keep this to one line each
What am I missing? Using 1 line only 👇
Recap: The Journey from 100K to 500K
Time for a little recap and to share some insights from my road from 100K to 500K, a journey that took around 1.5 years.
I’ll first go over some portfolio milestones, then dive into my trading style and what worked for me.
Before we start: this isn’t about flexing. I’m just sharing what I’ve learned, hoping it helps others who are on a similar path.
From 100K Onwards
Everyone always says: “The first 100K is the hardest.”
But honestly, my toughest challenges came after hitting 100K.
When you start growing, your usual trade sizes don’t make sense anymore a $500 win used to feel great, but once your portfolio scales, that same win barely moves the needle.
The hardest part for me was adjusting my position sizing as my capital grew. And to be real, I’m still not perfect at it. If I managed that better, my portfolio might be even higher today.
Still, my approach worked.
I ran my portfolio from 100K up to around 350K by the end of 2024 (those AI narrative times were insane I did 100K in a single month)
Then came the sell off to 77K, which dragged my portfolio back down to around 300K
That period was rough I had genuine fear of losing everything I’d built.
But from March 2025, things turned around. I recovered strong, and now my portfolio sits at an ATH around 500K and I’m pretty happy with that.
(Still waiting for taxes though)
How I Got There: My Style
My strategy revolves around risk/reward and capital protection.
Here are the key approaches that worked best for me:
1. Betting on Strong, Undervalued Coins with Solid R/R
- Look for projects with strong fundamentals that the market has forgotten or ignored
- Try to frontrun narratives get in before the crowd starts talking (example $BUIDL)
- Always chart your positions it helps remove emotion and stay objective when prices move against you
2. Copy Trading (Not for Everyone)
This one takes time and attention, but it can work well if done right:
- Filter for high performing wallets
- Track smaller KOL wallets with consistently strong hit rates (avoid the huge influencers)
- Use it for quick flips don’t overthink it. You don’t have a thesis here, so be happy with small, fast profits ($200–$500 in a few minutes)
For example: I barely traded on BNB myself, but I had a copy wallet running that ended up doing 6x the balance I started with completely passively.
3. Day Trading on Axiom (https://t.co/VeRghoqzC4)
After spending enough time in the trenches, you start developing a feel for the market and pick up some useful day trading instincts:
- Learn to spot daily runner potential early
- Take quick, risk free usually around a 2x since most of these moves pump and dump fast
- Aim to make a small, consistent % gain on your portfolio each day, then stop trading once you hit that goal
That’s why my Axiom PnL curve usually looks the way it does steady, consistent gains with controlled risk.
Alright, that’s it from me over and out.
I hope this recap helps a few people out there. I’m always happy to answer questions in the comments or DMs if you want to dive deeper.
I’m not claiming to be the best trader there are people out there who can do in a few days what took me months.
I just want to share a slow and steady approach that worked for me, and hopefully show that you can do it too with patience and discipline.
I’ll also keep sharing the thought process behind my trades, so others can better understand how I think and what I aim for.
