@AmericanAir cancels flight due to weather, fine I get it. 3 hours on hold, got rebooked 2 days later, agent tells me I'm sitting with my kids. I look at the travel details, all 4 of us sitting separate for 10 hour international flight. On hold again for 2.5 hours... seriously?
