My colleague @ashoupadhyay has been filing repeated RTIs to find out how many Bangladeshis/Rohingyas have been identified/deported pre/post SIR. What mechanism is being followed for deportation? Ans: NO DATA AVAILABLE (NDA) so NO response yet. We will continue to ask the Qs. Facts need to be separated from the noise. https://t.co/AbYKHQLvLY
Prashant Kishor says -
An SC notice changes nothing.
Under its nose Bihar saw voter-list errors, rigging and ₹20,000 crore vote-buying and the Court refused to act.
Had it been vigilant, the EC wouldn’t be the ruling party’s extension.
Gyanesh Kumar is irrelevant;
years of voter rolls, MCC and count lapses have already killed people trust on EC.
I guess we could do without lectures on compassion in judicial work from a judge who dehumanised Rohingyas, called citizens cockroaches and parasites, and didn't have time to watch videos of Delhi Police beating up young students in the heart of the capital, and what not

Duniya ko kya batana - jatana ? Hamare doston ka birthday hota hai toh hum public post ya public places mein bade bade posters lagake thodi na wish karte hain? Neither of those things is normal
No matter what the CJI claims or says, the truth is that the entire voter deletion / vote theft happened with the Supreme Court’s consent. If it was illegal, then the Supreme Court has an equal role in it.
It is only because of public pressure and the recent media reports exposing Ganesh Kumar’s illegal wrongdoings, along with the objections raised by the other ECs, that the CJI is now singing a different tune.
Just imagine: in this country, the CEC claims that he did something with the Supreme Court’s approval. The Supreme Court remained silent for many days, and then suddenly woke up one day and said, “We never approved it.”
Can anyone really believe that?
And how could the CEC make such a claim, knowing fully well whether or not the Supreme Court had actually approved it? Where did they get the courage to make such a claim?
Now the Supreme Court is saying that it can overturn the decision. But that is not the point. If a thief steals something and then says he is returning it, does that somehow lessen the crime he has committed? And this is not some ordinary theft. If the allegations of vote chori are correct, we are talking about allegedly stealing governments in several states through the manipulation of the electoral process.
If voters were wrongly deleted, simply restoring their names cannot by itself answer the question of who was responsible and how such a thing was allowed to happen.
As we have seen before, nothing really comes out of the Supreme Court when it is inconvenient for the BJP and the Modi govt. No matter how anti-people or anti-justice it may be. And this entire issue is extremely inconvenient for the BJP and the Modi govt. So I have very little hope that anything meaningful will come out of the Supreme Court in this case.
As per public perception, the Supreme Court is in collusion with this entire process of Abdul ko tight karna.
Will all of this simply go unpunished? Only public pressure can change things.
@Dev_Fadnavis If it is so beneficial and everything is above board, why wasn't Form 6 changed by legislation? Why was it then falsely claimed to have been changed on SC's order? Why weren't local officials allowed to add voters back? Who centralised it in Seema K's hands?
@ttindia Bhushan Gavai, while a sitting judge, gave an interview to Indianexpress on the Loya case. After the interview, but perhaps not because of it - I don't know, gavai was elevated to SC before Abhay Oka. https://t.co/jiMqXAF5gh
@ambkcsingh Gavai ne newspaper ko interview diya tha when people were asking for investigation into the Loya case. Some say that interview got him elevation to SC before Abhay Oka https://t.co/jiMqXAExqJ
@akash_del06@ECISVEEP gyanesh ke papa-mummy aur unko relationship ka kya analysis kiya tumne? Uski mummy ki kya umar thi? Uske papa gaon mein the ya tour pe the? Etc etc
The mysterious 16.8 lakh voters added to Uttar Pradesh’s voter rolls.
Law requires ECI to put out details of all Form 6 applications for addition. We found ECI has hidden the identity of 16.8 lakh voters.
