@DonAzag All issues raised by KPMG are not errors but a clear misunderstanding of the principles and concepts of Tax. I will describe the KPMG observations as mere ACADEMIC view far from tax substance and legal form.

@DonAzag With these list: Individual, Company, Estate, Trustees. ALL Taxable Person are captured. “Community” can fall under individual, Trustees or Company Limited by Guarantees which is under d umbrella of Company. The KPMG team are off point. Taxable person not same as taxable income

Community can take the forms of “Trustees”, “ Individual” or Company Limited by Guarantee which falls under the umbrella of “Company”. KPMG misunderstood diff. btw Taxable Person & Taxable Income. Taxable person was clearly defined

The latest worm to creep out of the “can of worms” in Tinubu’s govt is the newly-commissioned Vice President house, built for Shettima.

The date was June 7th. Tinubu, flanked by his enablers - Godswill Akpabio, Wike, and others - “proudly” commissioned the N21 billion Vice President’s Residence. The house bow becomes the official residence of the Vice Presidents of Nigeria. Shettima is yet to move in.
