How dramatic that people decide the one sided story purely put of rage. NTA has not been competent enough, but at least diligently investigated one single report that sparked out recently, and resolved without blaming the “actual” troublemaker. #NEET #NTA

We hit a wall with SendGrid recently

Our platform's email API started having subscription issues
Reached out to support, got nothing back
They asked us to re-verify our platform even though it was already approved earlier
No clear path forward, no real human response

So we started looking for alternatives

Found Zoho ZeptoMail

The experience was completely different

Submitted our platform for approval
Approved within 12 hours
Integrated into our platform in one day

Hit one small SDK issue during integration
Switched to SMTP instead
Problem solved, moved on

The pricing difference is the part that surprised us most

SendGrid: roughly $20 a month for our usage
ZeptoMail: ₹150 for 10,000 emails

That's not a small gap
That's a completely different cost structure for a growing platform

What stood out beyond the price

Fast approval, no bureaucracy
Support that actually responded
A product that just worked once we got past one small technical hiccup

Sometimes the best tech decisions aren't about chasing the biggest name
They're about finding the team that actually shows up when you need them

Zoho keeps doing this quietly across multiple products
Building things that just work, at a fraction of the cost, without the drama

More builders should be looking at Zoho's suite before defaulting to the usual names

- Sarvam MoEs are different set of 2 models made public
- Their voice agent is basically an ASR Pipeline powered by livekit and pipecat as the doc says

Paytm and Flipkart Misleading UPI Payment Deal ever

I was doing Payment of My Flipkart Purchase 🤨

While choosing UPI payment, I choose Paytm because it’s shows 50 rs cashback to pay with Paytm UPI

Generally, I Use BHIM Because I knew they are giving Real cash But this time I Choose #Paytm hoping to get 50 rs cashback

But wait

After payment @paytm sent me scratch card that and After scratch I didn’t get any real cash

But they sent me worth less 8 Gold Coins 😡

Why it’s worthless because 1 Gold coin Equals to 1 paisa

That means instead paying me 50 rs cashback on that deal they gave me 8 paisa worth of garbage Coin 🤣🤣

Dear @Flipkart please note this as warning also because this kind of practice degrade your Credibility

From now onwards, I won’t use Paytm UPI Ever again 😡😡

Generally, I Use BHIM Because I knew they are giving Real cash
