@FilanLaw IF SEC gets to claim Attorney Client privilege they lose as they have advised Bill Hinman to say Ether is not a security and therefor XRP is not a security. On the other if they claim that was Hinman’s personal opinion then they will have to handover the emails. Am I correct?
