@LloydsBank The stock answer you’ve given to other people on this platform who have also raised the same complaint about the same mail and return to sender address. I won’t hold my breath that anything will be done about it.

@LloydsBank Is there any chance you can get someone from the return address of LBG, PO BOX 204, Huddersfield HD8 1ES to stop repeatedly sending mail to our address when I’ve now returned god knows how many envelopes marked ‘Return to Sender Not known at this address’

@jaylad55 @virginmedia I had the same fiasco as well! Install date of 23rd December…cancelled 3 times and was told now not until 6th Feb!! Called installation team and cancelled the whole lot! Now back with @skytv Shocking service from @virginmedia

We were due to be set up and running on the 23rd Dec…the same day we left #sky They’ve still not turned up to do the work outside and have cancelled on us twice now! No reply to a complaint made either. Also thinking of leaving before even starting 😡

@virginmedia Advised two days ago that the re scheduled day had also been re scheduled only to get a call that night saying they’d be here in the morning! Also received a call yesterday morning saying they would be here…but that didn’t happen and no contact since!
