When you put ON your generator and turn On the fuel tap, do NOT turn it all the way down to the end as that will mean maximum fuel ⛽️ consumption by the generator as it runs.

Instead do this 👇

Turn the fuel tap Only half way (see image attached for vivid visual description) so that way the fuel consumption will only be minimal. This has been working for me for years and it ensures DOUBLE savings on fuel consumptions. For example now If na fuel wey suppose last 5hrs e go now last 10hrs cos of the way you have adjusted the fuel tap. Go and try this and let me know if you have any question(s)

This is postpartum haemorrhage, and when it happens, no one has time to ask where the drug, tranexamic acid or TXA is.

That drug, Tranexamic acid can help reduce deaths from bleeding when it is given early after PPH starts.

So if a facility is providing emergency obstetric care, TXA should not be something they start looking for when the emergency has started.

It should be there.

As a man, if your wife is preparing to give birth, ask if the facility has TXA available. Same thing if you’re pregnant and preparing for delivery.

Ask questions. Know what is available.

Prepare before the emergency comes.
