Ugh. Women have been half our PhD program for years. They should be accounting for half the papers published in these journals. How is it only 1/3? Is the pipeline for postdocs already so leaky? Or are women's papers not being accepted to these journals at same rate?

Stuck at home grad student's cooking escapades:
Day 1: Beef and shrimp fajitas with beans
Day 2: Empanadas but with biscuit dough so I can avoid the grocery store jungle
