अगर 2nd AC जैसे कोच की भी ये हालत है, तो सोचिए Sleeper और General कोच में क्या स्थिति होती होगी।
जिन यात्रियों के confirmed tickets होते हैं, वे भी भीड़ और अव्यवस्था की वजह से सही तरीके से चढ़ नहीं पाते।बाथरूम नहीं जा पाते !
